Taith Gerdded y Draenogod yw her codi arian flynyddol yr Ymddiriedolaethau Natur sydd wedi’i dylunio’n arbennig ar gyfer archwilwyr bach, lle rydyn ni’n gofyn i deuluoedd, ysgolion, clybiau a grwpiau dysgu gerdded 3km rhwng 31ain Mawrth a 30eg Ebrill a chodi arian ar gyfer ein gwaith hanfodol ni.

Fe allwch chi wneud Taith Gerdded y Draenogod yn unrhyw le! Digwyddiad codi arian rhithwir ydi Taith Gerdded y Draenogod, sy’n golygu y gallwch chi gwblhau eich her lle bynnag rydych chi’n dymuno. 

Fe wnaethon ni enwi ein her yn Daith Gerdded y Draenogod oherwydd ein bod ni eisiau i chi a'ch rhai bach gerdded 3km dros gyfnod o fis ac mae astudiaethau wedi dangos bod draenogod yn gallu cerdded hyd at 3km yn ystod y nos wrth chwilota am fwyd! 

Rydyn ni’n annog pawb i godi allan i fyd natur os ydi hynny’n bosib, ond rydyn ni’n deall nad ydi llefydd gwyllt yn hygyrch i bawb (eto). 

Os nad oes gennych chi fynediad i ofod gwyllt, fe allwch chi gwblhau eich her lle bynnag y gallwch chi. Fe allech chi wneud y canlynol: 

• Mynd am dro drwy eich parc lleol, cae chwarae neu yn eich gardd 

• Cerdded i'r ysgol bob dydd drwy gydol Taith Gerdded y Draenogod 

Os ydych chi eisiau help neu gyngor i ddod o hyd i lwybrau cerdded lleol, fe allech chi wneud y canlynol: 

• Dod o hyd i'ch Ymddiriedolaeth Natur leol 

• Dod o hyd i'ch gwarchodfa natur agosaf 

•Dod o hyd i lwybr cerdded yn eich ardal chi 

Os ydych chi'n cwblhau Taith Gerdded y Draenogod fel ysgol neu grŵp dysgu, mae gennym ni lawer o syniadau i'ch helpu chi a’ch rhai bach i gwblhau eich her. Ewch i'n tudalen adnoddau ni i gael gwybod mwy.

If you are taking part in Hedgehog Walk as a school, club or learning group and raise £30, your hoglets will receive Hedgehog Walk sticker sheets and a poster (limited to one per fundraising page) from 30th April.

Nope, it's completely free to join The Hedgehog Walk challenge. Everyone who raises £30 through our fundraising pages will receive a sew-on patch (limited to one per fundraising page).

You can use the Raisely platform to register and create a fundraising page—select whether you’re joining as an individual, family, school, club, or group. 

Use the login page on Raisely—if you’ve forgotten your password, follow the password recovery steps.

That's ok, things come up! Just get in touch and we can remove your fundraising page from the campaign.

When you register, you can choose the option to create a team and send invites to other members of your team to join. There's also the option to find an existing team when you register by entering the team name.

After creating your fundraising page, share the link—supporters can donate directly through Raisely.

Absolutely—use the share links from your Raisely dashboard to post via email, social media, or messaging.

Deposit the donation via your online fundraising page manually, so it's tracked and counts toward your goal. 

Alternatively, you can pay any offline donations via the donation button on The Wildlife Trust website but please do add a note in the text field saying "Hedgehog Walk - sponsorship form to follow" as we cannot claim gift aid on this.

You are also welcome to send a cheque enclosed with the forms. The cheque should be made out to The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts.

By fundraising for The Hedgehog Walk, your donations will be supporting The Wildlife Trusts’ mission to protect 30% of land and sea for nature by 2030 as part of our 30 by 30 campaign . This will help us make more places for hedgehogs like Apricot and badgers like Stripey to live.  

Everyone who raises £30 through our fundraising pages will receive a sew-on patch (limited to one per fundraising page), as well as a certificate that we’ll email to you after the challenge finishes. 

If you are taking part in Hedgehog Walk as a school, club or learning group and raise £30, your hoglets will receive a Hedgehog Walk sticker sheet (limited to one per fundraising page) to say thank you! Schools will also receive a printed poster for raising £30.

Yes! From popular demand we are pleased to say that this year, sew-on patches will be available to purchase through our partners at Pawprint from 30th April 2027. 

Badges are digital rewards you earn for milestones like steps taken or funds raised. Find them in your Raisely dashboard.

A downloadable certificate will be emailed to you once the challenge finishes 

Hedgehogs are a nocturnal species and shouldn't be disturbed during the day. But taking part in The Hedgehog Walk might inspire you to help our prickly pals and we have lots of resources to help you get started. Our hedgehog species page has lots of information where you can find out more about hedgehogs.  You can also head to our help a hedgehog page and learn more about the threats they face. 

After you sign up to take part, you'll receive an email from us with links to your Hedgehog Walk resources (make sure to check your junk folder!)
