Hedgehog Walk Resources

Apricot is a shy little hedgehog and is frightened by loud noises. She loves curling up into a ball and rolling around, and she can use her prickles to pick up rubbish. Her favourite thing is her little red snuggly blanket.

Stripey is a gentle little badger cub. Sometimes he finds it hard to stay awake at Nursery as badgers usually sleep during the day. It can take Stripey a little bit longer to get the hang of new things, but his friends always help him. He loves riding his scooter. 

Timmy can be a bit of a handful and sometimes forgets that he has to share, but he loves going to Nursery where he can play and learn with his friends. He enjoys playing football, dancing to hip hop music and dressing up – Timmy has a vivid imagination and often drifts off into daydreams! Timmy’s favourite colour is blue and his favourite toy is his teddy.  

Finlay is a mischievous little fox cub with a big bushy tail. He’s always dashing around and can run really fast. He’s very good at making paper aeroplanes. He loves playing with his friends and is very funny. 

Otus is a well-behaved little owl. He may be the smallest animal in the Nursery, but he’s one of the brightest and is really good at making things. He loves reading books and making sandcastles. He is always happy to help his friends. 

Bumpy the caterpillar doesn’t go to the Nursery but likes to hang out there. He’s very small and sometimes finds himself in sticky situations but his friends always come to the rescue. He likes to ride his motorised scooter.
