Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is: The Wildlife Trusts whose registered office is at Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts, The Kiln, Mather Rd, Newark NG24 1WT
- Sew-on patches, sticker sheets and posters are available to eligible participants who meet the fundraising thresholds set out below and who register and fundraise via the Raisely platform, other than those connected with the organisation.
- There is no purchase necessary for the sew-on patch or sticker sheet.
- By fundraising, fundraisers are indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Participants registered as an individual can qualify for a sew-on patch based on the amount raised on their fundraising page by 30th April 2027: Regular Patch: £30-£59.99/ Bronze Patch: £60-£99.99/ Silver Patch: £100-£199.99/ Gold Patch: £200+. Each fundraising page must raise the minimum amount required for a reward tier on their fundraising page. Donations received on other fundraising pages, including those of family members, schools, clubs, groups or teams, cannot be combined to qualify an individual for a higher reward tier.
- Free sticker sheets and a poster will be sent to fundraisers who register as a group or school and raise £30 or more via the Raisely platform only. Only one (1) poster and two (2) sticker sheets will be sent per fundraising page that receives £30 in donations.
- Sew-on patches, sticker sheets or posters will be sent to addresses in the the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and Alderney only. Sew-on patches, sticker sheets or posters will be sent to the address associated with the fundraiser page.
- Sew-on patches, sticker sheets or posters will be sent up until 31st May 2027; fundraisers achieving over £30 after this date will not receive a sew-on patch, sticker sheet or poster.
- No responsibility can be accepted for sew-on patches, sticker sheets or posters not received due to delivery issues occurring out of The Wildlife Trusts' control.
- The Wildlife Trusts reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of anything outside of their control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
