How to identify: Told from the Crack Willow by the pale, hairy underside of the leaves with smaller teeth along the edges.

Where: Widespread.

Fantastic fact: The Cricket-bat Willow, from which cricket bats are traditional made, is a cultivated variety of White Willow.
