Heysham Hedgehogs Wildlife Watch group are based at Heysham Nature Reserve, Heysham. Please visit www.lancswt.org.uk/places-to-see for information regarding the reserve. We began our group early in 2010 with one or two children, but over that year our numbers grew and we now have between 8 - 14 children attending. We also have quite a few volunteer watch leader and helpers. We now meet every second Saturday of the month, we explore Heysham NR mostly but sometimes we visit other sites around Lancashire. Emma will be able to register you, book you into a session if it is your first visit, provide a programme of events and any other queries you may have. Visit to Greenlands Farm, Carnforth

This outdoor session is an all day event that includes a farm tour, games, wellie throwing and seed planting.

Wildlife Activities at Heysham Library

This is our first meeting of 2013 and just in case the snow fell making it difficult to get to Heysham reserve we are holding this session at Heysham library, 396 Heysham Road, Heysham.

This indoor session is from 10 am till noon and will include crafty activities, wildlife facts and games. May 2012 Meeting - Wildlife Photography

Our May meeting will be at Heysham Nature Reserve on Saturday 19th. We will have a photography expert showing us how to take great wildlife photographs. Don't forget your cameras!

Heysham Hedgehogs meet on the third Saturday of each month, usually at Heysham Nature Reserve. We start at 10.00 am and finish at 12 noon. It is just £1 so why not come along and join in the fun?
