We had a fantastic first Watch session for 2012 on Saturday 7th January making very creative Journey Sticks made from wood collected around the centre. We collected lots of natural materials to add to our sticks including feathers, pine cones, beech nuts, holly and ivy leaves. We returned to the centre and used wool and beads to attach these to our various sticks. The children took these home and promised to return at Christmas to show what they had added to their sticks throughout the year.
