Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve

During June Half-term we are running some fantastic holiday sessions for kids: Mini-best Millionaires (6th June), Nature’s Fairies for Tots (7th June), Celtic Experience (8th June).

All activities run 10:30am-12:00pm and cost £3 per child or £4 for non Warwickshire Wildlife Trust member unless specified.

To book your place call 024 7630 2912. Parents must accompany 2-7 year olds.

At Brandon Marsh you can also go on a walk around the reserve, discover the birds by using the bird hides (you can borrow binoculars if you want) and the centre also has a lovely tea room serving icecream, sandwiches, hot meal, cakes and drinks.

Learn how the Celts lived and try your hand at drop-spinning!

Winter Wonderland

Visit our chilly reserve, walk through the woodland, then make a sparkly craft to hang on your tree.

Wednesday 21st December

Christmas Creations

Age Group: 4+
Collect some natural materials from around the reserve and make some Christmas Decorations.

Saturday 14th January

Wassailing
Time: 3.30pm till 5.00pm
Age Group: All
Join us in the Wassail! Awaken the fruit trees and scare away evil spirits to ensure a good harvest of fruit in the autumn. Make trolls, drink cider (or apple juice) and make lots of noise.

Friday 28th October: Hedgehogs and Hibernators
Find out why some animals sleep in the winter, make a hedgehog mask and play some wildlife games. 4+ years.

Friday 28th October: Family Spooky Stories Evening
If you are aged 5 or above, come in fancy dress to enjoy an evening in the remains of our celtic roundhouse. Make a lantern and the see if you are brave enough to listen to spooky stories. The evening will finish with toasting marshmallows! 5+ years.
Cost: £ 3 per person (member); £4 per person (non-member)
