Grow your own tree

This activity will take a lot of patience but planting a tree is really worth doing and fun to watch grow over the years.

 

 

you will need

  • tree seeds
  • moist soil
  • plant pot
  • clear plastic bag
  • string
  • spade (for use after a few months)

    I would love to this! We had a double stemmed ash tree in our garden, but one stem got cut down. It I could, I would plant an ash tree to make there 2 ash trees in my garden as well.

    I think this is great, i have already got about 16 sycamore saplings that i found in the lawn a few years ago, and i have just put in an apple tree (red falstaff) and it is growing really well!
