More about Somerset Wildlife Trust
Love exploring? Love wildlife? We'd love you to join us at Somerset Wildlife Trust.
- Reptile tracking, mammal trapping, pond dipping and shelter building are just some of the activities children and parents can enjoy together at our Wildlife Watch clubs.
- Discover more about nature through storytelling, natural art, guided walks and talks at our great family events held in inspiring and wild locations throughout the year.
- Our trained and enthusiastic educators are passionate about all things natural and wild, offering a variety of activities for schools. This includes 'My Mendip Hills' a project to encourage local school children in the Mendip area to discover and celebrate their unique natural landscape.
- Young people with learning and behavioural difficulties can take part in our Children in Need project where conservation and forest school activities help develop new skills and build self confidence.
