Snuffle snuffle
Hello all! I hope you're enjoying the warm weather we're having at the moment. It's bringing all sorts of interesting things with it, like the orange-tip butterflies me and Swiftafa have spotted. Check out this photograph I took!
You might think that delicate animals like this are only found out in the countryside, but guess where I saw this little beauty...
Right in the middle of a city! I was visiting an urban nature reserve that was surrounded by busy roads (don't worry - I had help crossing them!) and lots of houses, but wildlife was flourishing.
It's nice to know that animals and plants have somewhere to call home in even the busiest of human places!

Hee hee! I'm glad you like it! It took me ages and ages to make. Buster the blue tit is even there!
Hedge popped round to my sett the other day and said that chiffchaffs had started to arrive - isn't that exciting? I find them very hard to tell apart from other warblers by just looking at them. And they're very hard to see because they are so small and brown! But there's no mistaking that loud 'chiff-chaff chiff-chaff!' song.
I've seen house martins skimming across a lake near where I live, so it won't be long before swallows start coming in. Lots of you are already saying you might have spotted one!

Snuffle snuffle
Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all have a lovely break and make the most of the time off with lots of nature activities.
Badgers aren't really supposed to eat chocolate, but I might see if I can persuade some of my local humans to donate a hot cross bun or two!
I'm off to put the finishing touches to my decorated egg now - it's going to look like me! Perhaps I'll show you a picture next time you drop by...

Look at this lovely video I've found of a sleepy fox in a London back garden. Isn't it cute? I bet you can't watch it without saying 'awww'.
You all think I'm that cute, right?
